Abstract
Pharmacy services in Clinic Abu Saad Jember have been done using information systems, but there are some data that are still entered manually using paper, namely forecasting. Pharmacies also don’t use stock cards because officers have difficulty making them because of the increasing number of drug data. The number of shortages of drug stocks from October to December is six transactions. The purpose of this study is the development of a web-based medicine information system and forecasting using trend least square method in Clinic Abu Saad Jember. Data collection techniques namely interviews, observation and brainstorming. The method that writer used in this study is method of developing a sprint system consisting of understand, diverge, decide, prototype and validate. The result of this study are medicine information system and forecasting using trend least square method in Clinic Abu Saad Jember that has been tested with the result of the system can be run well in Clinic Abu Saad Jember.
