Abstract

Electric stoves nowadays have not had timer system to set up the period of the cooking time which makes the food that has been cooking becomes over cooked and creates the wasting of the electric energy on the usage cause by the user loose control to switch off the stove it self. On this particularly last project, it has been made a device to turn of the electric stoves by them selves outomatically and give such an alarm indication on it. The working principle of these device is to switch off the stove automatically if only the temperature of the cooking object reachis 70 degree C on the haigh altitude region end reaches up to 100 degree C on the lower altitude region which wold have been showed by the user interface LCD that has been connected to the micro-controller earlier. Hence, the microcontroller output signal creates alarm signal. There fore, the output signal of the micro-controll is to connect to a device witch could turn off the stove operation automatically and creates one particular alarm as well. Thus, the cooking time system of this project could be implemented on basic usage in domestics daily life.
