Abstract
The research about Chicken Manure Application and Gliricidia Leaves Local Microorganism (MOL) To Seed Production and Quality of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) was conducted over two months starting from Februari to March 2016. Cucumber Seed Production Research conducted in Field Research and seed quality testing laboratory Seed Production Techniques of State Polytechnic of Jember. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) is factorial. There are two factors in the study, the first factor is Chicken Manure covering. 20 ton/ha (A1), 40 ton/ha (A2), and 60 ton/ha (A3), the second factor is include the Gliricidia Leaves Local Microorganism (MOL) covering 60 ml/lt (G1), 90ml/lt (G2) adan 120 ml/lt (G3). Observation data on each parameter were analyzed by using the formula F test (ANOVA) followed by the calculation of the level of 5% DMRT. The results showed that treatment of Chicken Manure is very significant effect on parameters of Plant height is 153.83 cm 4 WAP, Leaf Number 2 WAP as much as 5.33 pieces, Leaf Number 4 WAP as much as 28.44 pieces, Number of fruit per plant fruit as much as 5.78 pieces, Number of good seeds per fruit as many as 207 seeds, Number of good seeds per plant as much as 737.11 seeds and 1000 seed weight of 25.37 grams. MOL treatment of Gliricidia leaves significant effect on the observation parameters Number of fruit per plant as much as 5.78 pieces. For the treatment of the interaction between the application of chicken manure and Gliricidia leaves MOL significant effect on the parameters of observation Leaf Number 4 WAP as much as 28.44 piece, Number of seeds per plant as much as 737.11 pieces, Seed Growing Speed of 27.11% / etmal.
