Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of 10% fermented banana leaves’ flour on rations toward the broiler performance. The instruments used in this research are DOC strain cobb, commercial feedstuffs, yellow corns, smooth milled rice and bran, residues of coconut, residues of soybean, fish flour, Top Milk, and fermented banana leaves’ flour. The data analysis used in this research is Test t between P0 (broilers without fermented banana leaves’ flour) and P1 (broilers fed by 10% of fermented banana leaves’ flour). The result of this research shows that using 10% of fermented banana leaves’ flour on broiler’s rations is not significant toward the increasing of broiler’s weight and rations conversion. In conclusion, using 10% of fermented banana leaves’ flour on rations does not influence the performance of broilers.
