Abstract

The location of this thesis on PTPN X Gardens Kertosari, District of Jember. The purpose of this study is to determine which variables work environment, motivation and leadership style to influence employee performance simultaneously or partially. Knowing the variables that significantly influence employee performance. Analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. From the test results can be concluded that: (1) Simultaneously it is concluded that the Work Environment variables, motivation, leadership style significantly influence the dependent variable is the performance. (2) Partially motivation variables significantly influence employee performance, the Work Environment not significant effect on employee performance and leadership style variables not significant effect on employee performance.
