Abstract

The researh took place at PT Tempu Rejo situated in jember. This research's goals are 1) to know the influence of workplacesafety and health of the workers' performance at PT Tempu Rejo simultaneously and partially; 2) to know which variable influences workers' performance the most at PT tempu rejo jember. This research takes 60 workers at production Division as the sample. The data obtanied analysed using the help of SPSS version 21.0 software. The analysis technique used in this research is classic assumption, multiple linear regression, determination analysis, F test, and t test. This research shows that 1) work safety variable (x1) and workplace health variable (x2) simultaneously influence the workers' performance; 2)partially, work safety variable (x1) insignificantly influence the workers' performance (Y) while the workplace health variable (X2) significantly influence the workers' performance (Y). 3) the variable influence the workers' occupation the most is workplace health (x2).
