Abstract

Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital has implemented an electronic medical record applications since 2012, but never formally for evaluation this system both the technological aspects as well as aspects of technology users. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of electronic medical records by the method of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). This research is a qualitative research. The results showed that the result of applying the application in terms of content (content) there anamnesis, actions, results of the examination, the diagnosis of secondary, ICD 9-CM, ICD-10 is not complete and has not been able to provide various types of reports according to user needs , In terms of accuracy (accuracy) of output produced is still one that is data that has not been valid and sometimes does not show up, data can still be saved even though the diagnosis is not charged and coded. In terms of format (suitability shape) display interface design and format the report is interesting and easy to understand and there is a check list form and completeness of medical records. In terms of ease of use (ease of use) is easy to use during data entry, easily learned and applied to new people. In terms of timeliness (timeliness) can not produce or output information timely, especially in terms of reporting. And to develop the system in accordance with user needs and necessary provision of IT teams that work with the vendor to repair the application.
