Abstract

Medical record have some aspects there are administratiom, legal, financial, research, education, and documentation, Completenes medical record will fulfiil that aspects, to increase completeness medical record documentation can use SWOT method for make plan strategy increase completeness medical record inpatien completeness. This reasearch is descriptive qualitative, there is describe how condition medical record document completeness and management work unit medical record and Jember Clinic Hosipital. Object from this research is inpatient medical record document 2015. Subject from this research are head of medical service, head of medical record, and medical record employes. Data collection technique use observation, and deept interview, result from that data will analyze use matrix SWOT. Average inpatien medical record completeness in Jember Clinic Hospital 2015 there is 81%, medical record and Jember Clinic Hospital have some strengths, weakness, opportunites, and threats. With matrix SWOT analyze will result 4 set alternative strategy which use to increase medical record inpatien document completness
