Abstract
Kasih Ibu clinic still use manual systems and cause problems, there was an writing mistake of patient identity, unclear writing, and duplication of data for patients who forget to bring KIB still made a new medical record document, causing multiple medical record number, where that problems could harm the patients safety. So it is necessary to have an information system to improve patient safety, is to design and make a web-based clinical information systems management. This design and making of clinical management information systems using SDLC method with make flowcharts, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and translate the PHP programming language into the Sublime Text 3 text editor. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this research is web-based clinic management information system application that can be used to help facilitate users in doing their duties. With this outpatient clinic information systems management, researcher hopes it can overcome the problems caused by manual systems are still in the clinic and will be continuously developed in accordance with the user needs.
