Abstract

PGPR application and optimal spacing is one of the methods to increase seed production and rice quality (Oryza sativa L.) by using SRI (System of Rice Intensification). This research was held 4 months (August to November 2015) at Jl Bungor Street, Darwo Timur, Gebang, Jember using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. First factor is PGPR consist of legowo 2:1, legowo 3:1, and legowo 4:1. The results showed that PGPR applications didn’t have significant effect to all parameters, Significant effect was on plant grow up very high in 35 days. Spacing Consist of legowo didn’t showed significant effect, but the speed sprouted seeds showed significant effect. As a result both of those applicatios showed on 100 of grain seeds a significant effect.
