Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of POC HANTU concentration and the interval spraying on growth and seed production of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.). This study used a factorial randomized complete block design (RAK), with two treatments. The first factor is the concentration treatment of POC HANTU (P) consisting of fermentation 5 levels (P0) Without Giving POC (Control), (P1) Provision POC concentration of 5 ml / L of water, (P2) Provision POC concentration of 10 ml / L of water, (P3) Provision POC concentration of 15 ml / L of water, (P4) Provision POC concentration of 20 ml / L of water. And the second factor, consisting of spraying 7 days interval (I1), the interval spraying of 14 days (F2). Each treatment was repeated 3 times. Results of the study were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there is a noticeable difference will be tested further by using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a rate of 5%. The results showed that the concentration of POC HANTU and interval spraying did not yield significant results for the parameter; plant height (cm), number of branches of productive (leaf), Total pods crops (fruit), Heavy seed crops, (g), weight of 100 grains (grams), germination of seeds (%), simultaneity sprouted seeds (%), and speed of growth of seeds (%).
