Abstract

Hospital Information System (SIRS) is a process of collecting, processing, and presenting hospital data throughout Indonesia. The flow of healthcare business processes in the form of network coordination, reporting, and administrative procedures to obtain information cepet, precise, and accurate. Hospital Rizani Paiton Probolinggo in the recording report medical record still using manual system. This can be an obstacle in the process of recording an outpatient report that still uses microsoft axel in generating a report. The purpose of this research is to design an outpatient information system that is faster, accurate, and can provide accurate and easy information in recording outpatient reports. The result of this research is an outpatient information system using waterfall method which includes analysis, design, coding, testing. Functions in this information system include registration, poly admin, and medical records in generating an outpatient reports report.
