Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mojokerto Regency is included in the top 20 of 38 regional district or cities in East Java. Mojokerto Health Office reports that in 2017 the number of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers increased by 149 people from 2016. The existence of GIS is expected to be able to provide preventive efforts in mapping the spread of pulmonary tuberculosis in Mojokerto Regency. This type of research is Research and Development research with a Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) system design approach. WebGIS was designed based on demographic and geographical data in 2015-2017 and the administrative map of Mojokerto Regency which was used to map the spread of pulmonary tuberculosis in Mojokerto Regency. The making of this WebGIS began with data collection, then continued with the construction of the program using XAMPP software for local servers and MySQL databases with the phpMyAdmin feature in it, Notepad ++ for the process of creating program codes and map integration with the Google Maps API. The results of this study are WebGIS with an e-mail notification function that shows the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Mojokerto Regency. The digital map displays information about the number of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in each sub-district, complemented by demographic and geographical data from risk factors for pulmonary tuberculosis. The map is equipped with color gradations as an indicator of the high and low cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in each subdistrict.
