Abstract

This research was held in experimental field of State Polytechnic of Jember, from October 2015 – February 2016. It was aimed to investigate the interaction between various kinds of soybean and application of various kinds of fertilizers to the production result. It used factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factors were various kinds of soybeans (K), they were 3 levels, such as : (K1) Soybean of Anjasmoro variety, (K2) Edamame Soybean, (K3) Soybean of Argomulyo variety. The second factors were application of various kinds of fertilizers (P), they were 3 levels, such as : (P1) 800 kgs/ha of Urea,1,021 ton/ha of SP-36 and 600 kgs/ha of KCl, (P2) 400 kg/ha of Urea, 510,5 kg/ha of SP-36, and 300 kg/ha of KCl + 5 ton/ha of Guano and 1 cc/l of POC NASA , (P3) 10 ton of Guano and 2 cc/l of POC NASA. Those factors made 9 combinations of treatment (3x3) with 3 replications, as the result, there were 27 experimental unit. The data was analyzed statistically by analysis of variant, and it continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of 5% to both of factors or each factor. The result of the research showed that the growth and production result of soybean was not influenced by interaction of various kinds of soybeans (K) nor various kinds of fertilizer (P), but various kinds of soybeans singly affected significantly different to the all of under investigation parameters. Soybean of Argomulyo variety (K3) showed highest plant height (79,82 cm) and number of branch (6), number of pod per sample (103,98), number of filled pod (94,26) and filled pod weight (89,63 gr), whereas Edamame soybean (K2) showed the highest average of pod weight/sample (98,15), seed weight/plot (888,22 gr) and 1000 seed weight (30,78 gr).
