Abstract

Completeness of medical treatment is accuracy, precision and accuracy in the doctor write medical treatment to the patients. The accuracy of the code of medical treatment is medical procedure code accuracy in providing the code in accordance with a fixed rule ICD.9.CM. Data accuracy of diagnosis / medical treatment is crucial in the field of clinical data management , back billing charges, along with other matters relating to the care and health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship to the completeness of accuracy of medical treatment code of medical treatment in hospitals PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Jember. The sample used in this study were 92 medical record file. The research instrument using the observation sheet and check list. This type of research is a quantitative analytical with cross sectionalapproach and data analysis using chi-square test. The results of study showed no correlation between the accuracy of completeness of medical treatment medical treatment code (OR = 3,846, 95% CI = 1,192 to 12,412) .
