Abstract
UD Fajar Mulia is one of the broiler livestock chicken farm industry in Nganjuk Regency. In the production process of less than 40 days there is often a disability that causes death in the products produced. The disability is influenced by many factors and the number of ups and downs. In the dry season, death can reach 4-6%, whereas in the rainy season the death can reach 5-7%. This study aims to determine (1) How the application of quality control of broiler chickens at UD Fajar Mulia (2) What are the factors that cause disability of broilers at UD Fajar Mulia's farm. The method used in this study is SPC with a check sheet tool, p control map, process capability, pareto diagram and causal diagram. The results of the analysis show that the data obtained is not entirely within the control limit, there are some irregular points and are outside the upper control limit (UCL) and the lower control limit (LCL). The Cp value from the calculation results is known to be 0.964 or 90%. The results of the analysis using Pareto diagrams are known to be the most dominant type of reject is the variable dry feet with a frequency of 1993 and a cumulative percentage of 46.45%. The results of analysis using fishbone diagrams are known to cause disability in the production process of broiler chicken maintenance which is generally caused by infectious and non-infectious.
