Abstract

General Hospital Dr . H. Koesnadi Bondowoso in providing health care to the patient has been using Hospital Management Information System since 2006. Based on a preliminary survey found that there is a discrepancy between the number of registrations and the services provided. Therefore, the resulting data can not be used to assist in the process of managerial decision-making by the hospital. Based on these problems, it is necessary to study further how successful application of these Hospital Management Information System. One model that can be used to measure the success of management information systems is Updated D&M Information System Success Model. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness implementation of hospital information management system with Updated D&M Information System Success Model based on the usage perception outpatient polyclinic of Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso Hospital in 2013. Analysis used is regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of SIMRS been quite effective with all variables significant value below 0.05 so that the quality system, information quality, and service quality affect the use. System quality, information quality, and service quality affect user satisfaction. The use of effect on user satisfaction. The use and user satisfaction effect on net benefits. Advice for the hospital needs to be checked routinely on each computer used to run Hospital Management Information System outpatient services to avoid damage and errors on the computer being used and there should be a policy that governs the obligations attendant outpatient Hospital Management Information System to implement optimally in accordance with the load duties.
