Abstract
This research was conducted in tofu Company UD. Sumber Sejeki Sub district Wonosari district Bondowoso. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling method, that is intentional sampling based on certain consideration. This research is a descriptive research conducted by describing, recording, analyzing, and interpret actual condition of the production tofu system at the company into the computer based system simulation. The research method used is expert system method, that is problem analysis method and decision making through certain alternative by adopting ability from interview with an expert, Then modeled into computer based systems with the help of powersim constructor software version 2.5.1. The results of this research are : a). Factors that simultaneously can form a production system at UD. Sumber Rejeki Sub-district Wonosari district Bondowoso are raw materials, total cost and sales of tofu ; b). Based on research results in the application of moderate scenarios, optimistic scenarios, and pessimistic scenarios, the total cost and sales tofu UD. Sumber Rejeki Sub-district Wonosari district Bondowoso continues to increase in every month except in the pessimistic scenario where the total cost and sales tofu decreased.
