Abstract

System of outpatient services in health centers Cakru Districts Kencong still using manual system. It is known that in health centers Cakru if the patient who does not bring the Medication Index Card (KIB) must wait long to get the file and if the file is not found, it will be made a new file which means there hasbeen data duplicate / redundancy. The reporting process is also a separate issue for Cakru Community Health Center because it takes a long time to make a report. The purpose of this research is to design and make outpatient information system at in health centers Cakru Districts Kencong. The type of research used is qualitative research. The result of this research is an outpatient information system at in health centers Cakru Districts Kencong by using waterfall development method which includes analisys, design, code and testing. This outpatient information system has different access rights for each user that registration clerk, nurse, doctor, drug counter officer, and admin. With the making of this information system, the process of outpatient service at in health centers Cakru Districts Kencong become more leverage and speed up the service process, and can assist officer in making reports. This information system can be developed by adding inpatient information systems.
