Abstract

This study regarding the design of this SOP is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is research that explores and captures social situations that will be examined thoroughly, broadly and deeply. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation, while the technique of determining the sources is done by selecting an expert method (expert). As for the sample taken as many as 2 respondents namely the head of the group and the head of production. The purpose of this research is to design and apply the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the egg bean production process in the NawangWulan KUB Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. soil, and sorting and washing of peanuts. And the SOP of production consists of: SOP for making egg beans and egg bean frying.
