Abstract

Jember regency is one of the districts in East Java Province with the main livelihood of the population is agriculture. One of the potential agricultural commodities in Jember Regency is cassava. Potential distribution of cassava in Jember Regency is quite evenly distributed, which is found in 28 districts from 31 districts. One of the developing districts of Cassava-Based Agroindustry is Pakusari Sub-district. Based on the description of all cassava based Agroindustry activity in Pakusari districts the total of cassava raw material used amounted to 152.58 Kwintal / month with the work force involved was 27 men and 50 women. Cassava based agroindustry in Pakusari districts is kerupuk industry,keripik industry, tape industry, kerupuk opak industry, getuk industry, and cassava industry. Total cost incurred as a whole from industrial activities in Pakusari districts is Rp. 66,705,783 / month with an average cost to each industry of Rp. 1.905.880 / month. Total profit earned amounted to Rp.23.339.267 / month with the average profit earned by each industry of Rp. 666.836 / month.
