Abstract
The number of dengue cases since 2008-2012 in Kabupaten Jember has been increasing except in 2011. The spread of dengue fever stir by several factors one of these factors biological. But the biology that influence the spread of dengue fever whether there is density. Mosquito larvae free rate Kabupaten Jember in 2013 is 90,63 %, in 2014 be 92,50 %, in 2015 fell to 92,48 %, and year 2016 be 92,28 %. Mapping systems step is to be done to monitor mosquito larvae free rate in each subdistrict , that mosquito larvae free rate target will be reached that had been determined by the ministry of health and 95 %. This study attempts to analyze and map digitally mosquito larvae free rate dengue fever in Kabupaten Jember years 2016 using application QGIS version 2.6.1. The research is qualitative description. The application of Quantum GIS used to make digital maps can connect with database characteristic of a region. The result showed that is a map digital larvae density in kabupaten jember with the lowest rate mosquito larvae free rate is Kecamatan Sumberjambe namely 78,66 %. Expected district health offices jember able to improve mosquito larvae free rate and keep socializing and education related to clean environment as well as researchers next expected to make a map of digital in a more compelling that visually digital maps better and is connected with the internet.
