Abstract
The medical record file storage application is an application that can assist the storage officer to perform loan and return transactions in accordance with existing medical record data, and can generate reports and tracer. The storage system of medical record files at Jatiroto hospital often misfiles, because the tracer is not applied, the recording of lending and the return of manual medical record files. The design of this application using waterfall method that includes the analysis and definition of requirements, software system design, implementation and testing unit, integration and system testing, the design is made of database design, Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), the software in this stage using Sybase Power Designer. The results of this study is the application of outpatient medical record file storage that can help the running of storage systems in the hospital. The making of application outpatient medical record file storage using Jatiroto hospital method waterfall has been made with the result of existing system analysis and according to the method used and in accordance with the needs of the hospital.
