Abstract

Implementation of patient acceptance (registration) in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo found the problem for the patient BPJS that already have own queue number but the queue machine is often damaged, while the General patient, Jamkesda and Jamkesprov do not have queue number system. If the General patient, Jamkesda and Jamkesprov want to seek the medication so the file / blank for general patients is only by heaped in according with the order of patients who came early. This caused a problem where patients scramble to be given health services in early. The latter patient often slips the terms blank into a place that is not part of it. This patient's action may inhibit the work of the registration officer as many other patients complain about the patient's actions. The registration officer also complained of fatigue in serving the patient registration. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based outpatient registration information system at the general region hospital Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Mojokerto city. This research is a qualitative research using waterfall model. Step in this model include requirements definition, system and software design, unit implementation and testing, and system integration and testing. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and brainstorming. The result of this research is the Web Based Outpatient Registration Information System at the general region hospital Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Mojokerto city.
