Abstract

Madical record management is a process to be a good medical record documentation. Based on the pre-interview research known that there are several medical record management system at Nangkaan Community Health Center Bondowoso has not optimum. It showed need to more analysing about medical record management from staff prespective to give good service quality wich is optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze medical record document management from staff prespective at Nangkaan Community Health Center Bondowoso. This study used qualitative analysis by methode collecting data using deep interview, observation, and brainstorming. The result of this reseach known that there are several mean factors of uncarried out with good madical record document management, observe from staff peformance first is caused by less following madical record training especialy for medical record staff. Second is experience and third is education. Suggestion of this research for community health center is giving more chance or time for staff especially medical record staff miminum a year onece or twice in a year. By giving training can creat an experience than help a staff who do not have an education about it. As the result it creat someone knowladge to add and make several SOP about madical record document management.
