Abstract
This research has already been conducted in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun KertosariJember. This research is intended to know (1) The influence of age, years of working and work environment to the labour’s productivity of the sorting section in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari-Jember both simultaneously and partially, (2) The dominant variable which influences the labour’s productivity of the sorting section in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari-Jember. Data collecting methods used in this research were field observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The number of sample in this research were 85 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, F test and t test. Based on the test results with SPSS 21.0 for windows can be concluded that (1) Simultanously, Age Variables (X1), Years of Working (X2) and Work Environment (X3) were significantly influenced the labour’s productivity (Y). (2) Partially, Age Variable (X1), Years of Working (X2) and Work Environment (X3) were significantly influenced the labour’s productivity (Y). (3) The dominant variable which influences the labour’s productivity was work environment(X3).
