Abstract

Camar Mandiri clinic is one of the clinic's first level health facilities. At first the Camar Mandiri clinic serve only establishments because of the growing number of patients the clinic was finally opened to the public. On the implementation of services and processing of data into information is still done manually and not integrated with each other. The existence of the reporting manual provides reports not effective and efficient in decision-making. The purpose of this research is to design clinical management information system that can be used for reporting the Camar Mandiri clinic with a number of queues. Research methods used namely in the qualitative method. As for the development model used is the method waterfall and use programming language Ms. Visual Fox Pro 9.0. Data collection techniques using observation and interview. The research results obtained by some menu among other things the registration of patients, Examination, payment, and reporting. This system has three types of access rights is the officer, doctor, Pharmacist. With the presence of clinic management information system, services such as patient registration, search data, the data input process of examination, prescription medication, payment and reporting become more efficient and more data security is assured. The presence of this information system design is expected to be implemented and have the support of the Camar Mandiri Jember clinic Manager.
