Abstract

Informed Consent Form is a form that contains an agreed statement of the patient or the patient’s family after getting an explanation from the doctor about the action which the doctor will do to the patient. This form is necessary to be filled and completed fully 100%. If the Informed Consent form is not completed, it will impact medical personnel, specifically the doctor. This study aimed to analyze factors that cause the filling of the Informed Consent form not completed in the hospital. This research is done by searching on the online database such as Google Scholar with keywords causative factors of incomplete filling in the Informed Consent form until it is found 203 journals about this research topic. From the 203 journals, they will be selected again according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 19 journals are selected. From the result of the analysis 19 journals, it is known that the factors causing the incomplete Informed Consent form, namely lack of knowledge of doctors or and officers (31,5%), there are no rewards and punishments (15,7%), the SOP has not been maximally implemented (15,7%), time constraints (15,7%), less compliance and doctor discipline (15,7%).
