Abstract

Department of Social Welfare and Labor Kota Batu that requires an software for processing the survey results in quality improvement programs and labor productivity Batu residents. Based on the above issues will require an application to facilitate the processing of survey data. So with this system, expected to be used by surveyors from the process of inputting the data to see the survey results in reports or interactive tables. This application is designed based on the website so that the application can be operated on a mobile phone or computer that can be used anywhere and anytime by the surveyors. Hopefully, by the application can facilitate officers in reporting survey results easily and quickly, so that the results can also be quickly known.
