Abstract

Malang Regency is one of the agencies engaged in community service and has implemented a service-based information and technology (IT). One form of community service applications implemented in the form of Direct Procurement of Goods and Services To help resolve these problems, then can take advantage of the development of information technology and telecommunications, one alternative is to modify the website procurement of goods and services which had previously been used by the Government of Malang Regency to develop. This website will be managed by the Electronic Data Manager (Bag, PDE) Malang Regency Government as part of the duty to handle the management of information systems and electronic data in Malang regency government environment. Applications Direct Procurement of Goods and Services was created in order to facilitate agencies that need goods and services, but the difficulty in conducting the auction.
