Abstract
Polytechnic Jember that putted in Jl. Mastrip PO.Box 164 Jember is one of the Polytechnic Campus that to accept student university bidikmisi that is wrong unit to through band PMDK-PN (enthusing Exploring and Polytechnic Ability). The system to be based that walking middle, student university's acceptance process bidikmisi still be done according to manual and to consequence it some weaknesses who happen like its long time in election process / student university's candidate selection bidikmisi. For that will be planed bidikmisi student university's acceptance system PMDK-PN band on State Polytechnic Jember that will easier in overcome process election / student university's candidate selection bidikmisi the more accurater and efficient, and the presentation of accepter data-report bidikmisi's student university fastly, correct and complete. Bidikmisi student university's acceptance system PMDK-PN band on State Polytechnic Jember use it research metodelogi waterfall and in selection process to use it method fuzzy logic. Deed design system that will to be used to cover the plot design system, design data base and design display (interface). Also in this system its development its later will use it programming language PHP and MySQL as database.
