Abstract

PT Kinansyah Adi Jaya Land is a private company engaged in residential property business. In every housing that is done there is a warehouse for storage of building materials to provide stock of building materials. In the warehouse there are several activities of the admin and user warehouse such as, order building materials, building material stock calculations and others to help their work required an inventory information system and the estimated warehouse construction materials using spiral method in system development.in its application in the inventory program the system can calculate the stock of materials, make additional goods from the supplier, can calculate the expenditure of goods from the warehouse and the distribution of goods to each unit of the house, also can estimate / estimated building materials to be used in future development planning, The system can also display a report of the transaction activity that has been done previously
