Abstract
Absence mother to posyandu activities because many mothers and pregnant mothers who have forgotten or missing information for schedule posyandu activities. Dissemination of information posyandu activities less efficiently, due to be announced using loudspeakers in mosques. The purpose of this research is to design and create information systems that are used as reminders media posyandu activities and provide immunization information to be provided. The method used is the waterfall method with system requirements analysis stage, the design of information systems, computer program coding, and testing programs. This study used a qualitative approach, where the process of collecting and data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and brainstorming. A programming language MySQL, and Visual Basic 6.0. The results obtained are information systems reminder presence Posyandu activities based SMS Gateway in Posyandu Cateliya 13 districts Sumbersari Jember. For further research is expected the development process in the information system menu reminder that attendance reports and additional characters posyandu SMS content in order to provide more complete information or education.
