Abstract

Browing and reversion information system of medical record is computerezed system have a fuction do recording data browing and data reversion. Medical record is a secret file where if medical record out off saving room has do good recording. Because of that, medical record’s control is very vital in the implementation of health service a specially in the medical record’s sector. This research is qualitative with method waterfall development system, where this method have any proses that is Analysis Requirement Software, Design, Coding and Testing. Design System using flowchart diagram, context diagram, data flow diagram and entity relatioship diagram. Coding step using HTML, PHP, Bootstrap and MYSQL. And the last step is testing using black box testing, this tasting a value that function in browing and reversion information system of medical record have been to maked. If all step’s has do finish so browing and reversion information system of medical record ready for used in Bhayangkara Bondowoso hospital
