Abstract

Clinic is a health care facility that carries personal health services that provide basic medical services or specialist. Along with the development of information technologies require renewal and speed in running an occupation and utilization of information technology. Primary clinic "Dokterku" Taman Gading Jember already using computer technology but outpatient information system is still manual. The purpose of this study is to design information systems general clinic outpatient clinic using FAST method in Primary "Dokterku" Taman Gading Jember. The research is a qualitative approach to system design infromasi FAST outpatient. Management system outpatient Primary clinic "Dokterku" Taman Gading Jember is still done manually. The inappropriateness of the existing problems in the manufacturing time utilization reports (reports outpatient) either to the party or parties BPJS Clinical Director and the lack of accurate is outpatient. With the outpatient general poly information system will work faster and easier, management also becomes more accurate so that the quality of information obtained. Information system developed only general clinic outpatient that need to be developed to make odontogram poly electronic gear for further research.
