Abstract

Based the first survey is done by researchers showed that using SIMRS are observef from performance aspect that full implementation form function hoped not yet achieved. For example hospital report is still done manually. For efficiency aspectthat reports manually is select by officers because that easier and less time process done. For information aspect that information required for documentation of and reports can not be printed. In addition, some officers are not finding help when facing problems that using SIMRS and SIMRS not have a guidebook and SOP. So be done evaluation medical record observation infromation system by Heuristic and PIECES method in the Srikandi Mother and Child Hospital of IBI Jember. Using descriptif kuantitatif method with cross secsional approach. Collecting data method in the research is observation and quesioner. The results forevaluation of SIMRSapplication withHeuristic and PIECESmethods is good for all categorizes, except Recognition Rather That recall included aspect is excellent category. Recommendation the rasearcher get is needed repaired in the SIMRS application fully so that success. Such improvements include: A) Add status of system to provide information for user that system is still processing data. B) Check again that system for avoid of failled storing data and data be repeated. C) Improve performance of system for completing the required reports. D) Provide help column. Second, creat SOP orientation about activity that will be done. Aslo supply SIMRS guidebook to help user that using SIMRS application. Third, add SDM to enter and complete the clinical data of patients at SIMRS application.
