Abstract

In the context of self-sufficiency in meat, the government has launched several programs that can help the development of agribusiness, especially beef cattle farming, one of which is Sarjana Membangun Desa Wirausahawan Pendamping (SMDWP). The program is an expert assistance for beginner beef cattle farmers that aims to provide solutions and help farmers in increasing productivity and business efficiency. This program has limitations such as the minimal number of experts, the short duration and the length of time to meet with experts. Based on these problems, researchers built chatbots to help farmers in the process of guiding beef cattle, especially in feed formulations. The formulation method used is trial and error. The cow used is local species. Chatbot that was built using the dialogflow platform can be accessed using Google Assistant. The results obtained are from the questionnaire testing 93.8% of respondents felt chatbot was useful and from the alma test got a score of 68%.
