Abstract
Usaha Tani Sebelas is located in Selencak Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Sumberwringin Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency. The products produced in the form of dry coffee beans, roasted coffee beans (coffee roasting), coffee powder (arabica and robusta) and the skin of arabica coffee are processed into extracts of tea drinks. As for the capital grants from the Bondowoso District Mining Agency in the form of an inventory of coffee bean processing machines. Although Usaha Tani Sebelas has the potential to develop coffee bean processing business, it has various problems. The approach used is a decision support system. Four aspects are declared feasible at the moderate feasibility level with yellow illustrations on aspects of marketing, management and human resources, production and environment. Legal aspects are found to be complete with important letters for legality and business licensing. In the financial aspect, it was reviewed from the BEP quantity of 2,894.10, BEP sales of Rp. 90,426,019.55, BCR of 1.72, Payback period of 4.19, NPV of Rp. 491,697,180.25, PI 2.26 and IRR 47.29 is at a decent level. Based on the analysis of the Decision Support System approach (DSS UMKM Ver. 2.0) shows that performance appraisal in every aspect as a whole states Usaha Tani Sebelas is feasible to be developed.
