Abstract
Human resources very important and always an active role in each company, better of performance employee and also better of quality output produced by the company. This research is done in PTP Nusantara XI Djatiroto Lumajang Regency. The method of data collection on this research is questionnaire, interview and documentation, while total of sampled respondents is 75. Analysis techniques is multiple linear regression, determination analysis, F test and T test. Of the test results with tools SPSS 17.0 for windows can be cocluded is (1) work safety variable (X1) have a significant effect on performance employee (Y) in part of production on PTP Nusantara XI Djatiroto Lumajang Regency. (2) occupational health variable (X2) have a not significant effect on performance employee (Y) in part of production on PTP Nusantara XI Djatiroto Lumajang Regency. (3) work safety (X1), occupational health (X2), simultaneously have a significant effect on performance employee (Y) in part of production on PTP Nusantara XI Djatiroto Lumajang Regency. (4) the most dominant variable in influencing performance employee (Y) on PTP Nusantara XI Djatiroto Lumajang Regency in part of production is occupational health (X1).
