Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount of capital, seed costs and cultivation experience on fish cultivator income in Grenden Village, Puger District, Jember Regency both simultaneously (partially) and partially (individually), as well as knowing the most dominant factors for income fish cultivator. Research to be conducted is a research design in the form of surveys. Sampling using a non-random sampling method with the number of 22 respondents who will be conducted in the village of Grenden, Puger District, Jember Regency. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple liniear regression analysis to know the factors that influence fish farmer income. The results showed that the amount of capital, seed costs and cultivation experience had an effect simultaneously (jointly) and partially (individually) on the income of fish farmers in Grenden Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. The amount of capital is the most dominant factor affecting the income of fish farmers in Grenden Village, Puger Sub-district, Jember District.
