Abstract

SOP is used to minimize errors that will occur. With a documented SOP for the Zhibond coffee business, an activity will be effective and efficient based on a standardized standard. This study aims to analyze the problems and decision making that exist in the Zhibond Coffee coffee business. This research was conducted in Pesona Surya Milenia E-26 Mangli, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, East Java. This research uses an expert system method by conducting interviews with several experts or people who are experts in their fields. The results of this study were the design of SOP for coffee selection, SOP for cleaning coffee, SOP for drying coffee, SOPfor frying coffee, SOP for coffee packaging.
