Abstract

RSU Kaliwates PTPN XII Jember had been implemented the Hospital Management Information System since 2015. As a measure of the success in the implementation of SIMRS need an evaluation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System using the HOT-Fit Method in RSU Kaliwates PTPN XII Jember. The method of placing an important component in the information system are human, organization, technology, benefits and suitability of the relationship between them as a determinant of the success of the implementing a system. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. Results of the evaluation on SIMRS said human user perception based on variables included in the category are very good, the variables included in the category organization is very good, the variables included in the category of technology is very good, the variables included in the category benefits are very good. The correlation between variables is low and significant between humans and technology, there are a moderate relationship and significant correlation between technology and organization, there are a moderate and significant correlation between the human and organizational
