Abstract

This research aims to analyze and examine the presence or absence tradition influence entrepreneurial from the parents, environmental influences, and prepare to become entrepreneurs simultaneously and partially the business aspirations of young workers in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kertosari garden district Jember. This research take 40 respondents, the respondent start from 15th years old until 24th years old. The data will be analyze using a software SPSS 16.00 for window, using the model of validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, adjusted R-square, F test and t test. Previously done test. The results of the research showed that regression testing multiple linear regression simultaneously to all independent variables influecned the entrepreneurial aspirations of young workers. While the result of testing partially indicated variable entrepreneurial tradition from the parent significantly effect on the entrepreneurial aspirations of young workers variables, variables significantly influence the environmental influences variable business aspirations of young workers, and variable prepare to become entrepreneurs significantly influence the entrepreneurial aspirations of young workers variables
