Abstract

SWOT analysis is to identify the various factors systematically to formulate the company's strategic. This analysis is based on the logic that can maximize the power (Strengths) and opportunities, but at the same time can minimize the weaknesses and Threatss. Strategic decision-making process is always associated with the development of the mission, goals, strategies, and policies of the company. Based on the results of the questionnaire data collection matrix and matrix Rafe RAFI obtained medical records management positions BRSU Tabanan is located in quadrant I, which means medical records are in a favorable situation, where medical records can maximize existing strengths to maximize opportunities. Strategic strategy used is SO (Strength-Opportunity) and has also arranged three alternative strategies that may be used. SO strategies include making SOP scanning for file transfer of all conventional and electronic medical record information system development to maximize the support of the board of directors. Useful in improving the strategic management of services in the medical record unit BRSU Tabanan.
