Abstract

Of the 862 patients out from Clinic, there is 150 patients returned home forcedly (17.4%) in the period of 5 months. While the minimum service standards patient home forcedly are <= 5%. The objective of this research is to find out factors that affects home forcedly to the patient hospitalization in clinic puger a period of january to may 2013. Type of this research is observational analytic with case control design. The location of this research on Inpatient installation of Clinic puger. This research use check list with simple random sampling. A sample in this research amounted to 274 document. Based on the results, variable are associated with patient home forcedly is education, work, long care, and a class care. Recommendations can be given to the Clinic is doing outreach to the residents, especially residents of Puger to the number of patients home forcedly not increasing
