Abstract
Medical record management system is a reference to the health care institutions to manage their medical records in order to provide the best service to the patients. Medical record management system in Community Healt canters of Silo 1 uses a policy of Jember District Health Office and it should be reviewed if it is in accordance with the guidelines Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 269 / Menkes / PER / III / 2008. Based on this, this research used qualitative methods, data collection is done by using in-depth interview to the respondent and direct observation of medical record management system in Community Healt care of Silo 1. Based on these results, we can conclude that the medical record management system Community Healt care of Silo 1 is still not in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2008. Finally affect service to the patients who showed a lack of quality of the work unit medical records and Community Healt care of Silo 1. Efforts to make the management system of medical records in accordance with the standards of the Indonesia Ministry of Health 2008 in the clinic Silo 1 then it must do it to increase human resources and facilities infrastructures that exist in order to endorse the creation of a system of management of medical records that are standards Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2008
