Abstract

Qualitative analysis is a review of the contents of the medical record entry to look for inconsistencies and omissions that could cause such records are considered inaccurate or incomplete. This analysis requires knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, the basics of the disease process, the contents of the medical records and standards bodies licensing, accreditation and certification. The purpose of this study to analyze qualitative Document Medical Record Dengue RS Mitra Medika Bondowoso period of January to June Year 2015. This type of research is qualitative method of data collection in the form of a structured interview and observation. The result of this research is qualitative analysis on Document Medical Record patient Dengue can be said is not good, because the qualitative analysis carried still found differences between the document the medical record to the guidelines of the management of dengue fever and the results of interviews with the officers also showed that for the charging document medical records they are not yet fully understood. Provide socialization to the doctors, nurses about the importance of the completeness and accuracy of medical record documents.
