Abstract

Workspace Unit of Medical Record are not in accordance with the standards of ergonomics. The room attendant medical records and filling meyatu not so far apart. Narrow room for arrangement of the room is not good. The table layout did not correspond groove processing medical records. Not available work desk clerk filling and reporting. Medical records were piled on the floor because of inadequate storage racks. Less than 100 lux lighting, inadequate windows, wall color is not bright, not available in-room stairs filling and a sheer lack of cleanliness. The purpose of this study is to design workspace ergonomics unit medical records. The method used is descriptive method qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentary studies and focus group discussion. The result of this research is the design workspace ergonomics unit medical record with regard spacious room, lighting with a minimum standard of 100 lux, temperature 21-24 ° C, with ventilation air circulation at least 15% of the area of the room, white wall color, the layout of the tracks processing medical records, cleanliness of the room and provide adequate equipment and tools. In order to create a medical record workspace ergonomics then have to design to meet the broad needs of the room, workflow, and infrastructure is needed.
