Abstract

Daily Inpatient Census was an enumeration activities or inpatient calculations that performed every day in an inpatient rooms. The problems in mother and child hospital Srikandi Jember: there were many columns of patient information not filled and accumulation of montly census inpatient reports was too late. This research was aimed to create a website based application to accelerate and supported daily inpatient census. The designing method was using waterfall method that include analysis, design, coding, and testing. The result was a daily inpatient census application. This application was equipped by daily census recapitulation report per period and BOR (Bed Occupancy Ratio), AvLOS (Average Length Of Stay), TOI (Turn Over Interval), and BTO (Bed Turn Over) calculation report automatically. So it could be easier for medical recorder created daily inpatient census reports. This application expected could support daily inpatient census and accelerated in fabrication of daily census inpatient reports. Daily Inpatient Census application had been made, could operate all accordance with function and functional needed. The next researcher expected could make Daily Inpatient Census application based on android (smartphone).
