Abstract

This research was conducted at UD Roti Ceria company located on KH Sidiq street Jember district. This study has 2 objectives of knowing the special order of brown banana bread received or rejected and know the effect of special order brown banana bread to the company's income if the order is accepted. The objects of this research are direct labor hours, bread production data, production cost, administration and general costs, and marketing costs. The operational definition of this research is 2 that is differential cost and decision making to accept or refuse special order. Data collection techniques from this research are interview, documentation and literature study. The result of this research is after calculation of cost and differential income from brown banana bread order, it is known that special order of brown banana bread can give additional profit for company, and after counting the capacity of direct labor hours, hence there are still 922 job hours hour. The conclusion of this research there are 2, the first of which is special order of banana chocolate bread should be accepted. and the second is that this special order can provide additional profit for the company of Rp. 15 040.
